Internet Explorer

Select the settings button in the upper right hand corner (gear icon)
Select "Print"
Select "Page setup..."

Check the "Print Background Colors and Images" box
Check the "Enable Shrink-to-Fit" box
Click "OK"
Now hit "Ctrl-P" or select the "Print" option from the menu, to print the page

Chrome

Click "Ctrl-P" or select "Print" from the menu in the upper right corder to bring up the print dialog

Check the "Background colors and images" under the options on the left side of the page
Unfortunately chrome lacks the ability to fit the page size down to fit the size of a sheet so your print will span multipe sheets
Hit the print button

Firefox

Click the firefox tab
Select "Print..."
Select "Page Setup..."

Under the "Format & Options" tab, check "Shrink to fit Page Width"
Check the box "Print background (colors & images)"
Click "OK"
Now hit "Ctrl-P" or select the "Print" option from the menu, to print the page

Safari

Select "File" from the menu bar
Select "Print" from the dropdown
Click the "Show Details" button

Check the "Print backgrounds" button
Unfortunately you can't fit the image to the page, so you'll just have to adjust the scale percentage until it fits
Hit the "Print" button
